6l444 Terms & Conditions

This document sets out all the rules and terms that apply to use of the 6l444 platform ("Platform", "Site"). By accessing or using the platform, you ("User", "Player") fully agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

1. General Provisions & Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 6l444 website, application, and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account on the platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds taken out of a user's account.

• "Real Money" refers to actual currency (BDT/Taka) deposited into an account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use 6l444, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be legally able to open an account in your own name.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, 6l444 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts for the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a prohibited activity.

2.4 Account Verification

6l444 may request identity verification documents at any time (such as a national ID card, passport, utility bill, etc.). If verification is not completed within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3. User Responsibilities

Every user registered with 6l444 is required to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity to the support team immediately.
• Play within your financial means and only bet with money you can afford.
• If any technical error or irregularity is found, report it to 6l444 immediately — taking advantage of it is prohibited.
• Play honestly and in accordance with the platform's rules.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for deposits at 6l444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal, 6l444 reserves the right to verify the following:

• Account verification must be complete.
• The deposited amount must have been wagered at least once (as evidence of normal betting activity).
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed (see Section 5 for details).
• There must be no suspicion of money laundering.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at 6l444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000 available to play.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned using a bonus will not be counted as real money until the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• 6l444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

6l444's VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier is determined by a player's regular activity and contributions.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Gaming

6l444 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games offered on our platform are developed by reputable software providers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any technical fault, server issue, or software error results in an incorrect payout or incorrect credit, 6l444 reserves the right to correct or reverse that transaction. Payouts received due to an error are not valid.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result declared by the governing body (such as ICC, FIFA, or the BPL committee). If a match is abandoned or fraudulent activity is proven, 6l444 reserves the right to void the bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6l444 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or using automated bots.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform and failing to report them.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 6l444

6l444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 is detected.
• It is proven that the account was opened using false information.
• A request for verification goes unanswered.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided (subject to wagering conditions being met).

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives).

In any circumstance, the total liability of 6l444 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

12. Changes to Terms

6l444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform.
